1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MakeDeal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MakeDeal. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Listings
All listings must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresenting an item, posting prohibited items, or creating duplicate listings may result in account suspension. MakeDeal reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
4. Fees
Listing an item on MakeDeal costs a flat fee of ₹29 per listing. This fee is non-refundable and covers the listing regardless of whether the item sells. There are no additional charges or premium placement fees.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to: harass other users, post offensive content, attempt to scam or defraud others, share contact information in chat before both parties consent, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
MakeDeal is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not participate in transactions and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. All transactions are between the buyer and seller.
7. Termination
MakeDeal may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may delete their account at any time from the profile settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
